Now you can create a series of special effects via projection lighting unto your stage sets. The GAM Film/FX™ fits into the drop-in iris slot of an Altman Shakespeare, ETC Source Four or Strand spotlight to create a compact and powerful scenic projector. Special effects such as moving clouds, rain, snow, fire, water ripples and other scenic elements are made easy. The off-the-shelf collection of GAM Pattern Loops makes the Film/FX™ one of the most economical and efficient projection systems ever available for theatrical production. Your FX/Loop can be running horizontally, vertically or any direction in between.

Some gear shown above are NOT INCLUDED and sold separately. These loops come in a variety of patterns, and limited compatibility with fixture trays. For more information on this and ordering information, please contact your Sales Pro.

GAM LOOP Applications:

  • Fire scenes
  • Waterfall scenes
  • Moving clouds scenes
  • Deep in a Cave scenes

GAM LOOP Features:

  • Continuous pattern loop motion
  • Unique patented slip-on loop design for quick and easy changing of the pattern loop

GAM Loop Specifications:

  • Product Number: 206260XX0100

TIPS:
For longest life and for the most effective image, be sure to adjust the centering and flatness of lamp field - NO HOT SPOT IN THE CENTER.
Hot spots will cause uneven heating and wear on the FX/Loop and shorten their useful life.
Always have the FX/Loop in motion before the light comes on. Don't allow the FX/Loop to be still in the gate with the lamp on as this will allow one section to heat up and will shorten the life of the loop (especially if focused on the seam).
