The ETS InstaSnake™ PA204F is a passive network audio snake that features two female XLR sends, two male XLR returns, and one RJ45 ethernet jack. This unit allows you to run audio signals over a single run of CAT5, 5e, 6 or 6a data cables. With a roll of cable, this compact unit is easily transported and/or stored solving dozens of live and recording sound problems.

The InstaSnake is a passive unit, so you do not need power, and it accepts mic or line level analog or digital audio and supports phantom power when using shielded CAT5 or 6 cables. This unit also features bi-directional capability which can be input directly into analog or digital consoles.

Designed to the highest professional standards, the InstaSnake PA204F has a wide, flat frequency response, low THD and residual noise. The InstaSnake has been factory tested to 1900 feet over CAT5 using balanced line low impedance dynamic microphones, and phantom power has been tested to 850 feet over shielded cable, which is required to pass phantom power.
