The RT-60 Software Module is an optional feature requiring IE-45 RTA software and a separate RT-60 software purchase. The RT-60 Software Module works with the IE-45 - an Audio Analysis System from Ivie which is a calibrated, handheld audio instrument comprised of an Ultra Mobile PC (UMPC), coupled with an Input Module (IE-45-IM), which delivers a broad range of acoustical measurements.

RT60 (Reverberation Time) is defined as the time, in seconds, it takes sound in a reverberant environment to decay 60dB in level. Measurements are usually made in narrow bands (octave or 1/3 octave), rather than broadband (20Hz to 20kHz). ISO standard, octave bandwidths are the most common basis of measurement, with ISO standard, 1/3 octave bandwidths being often used as well.

Features:

  • RTA additional software for the measurement of reverberation time
  • Resolution 1/1, 1/3 octave
  • ASCII data export for post processing XLS
